The Role

As Experiential Manager, Events at Linktree, you'll help bring our brand to life in person, building and running the events and activations that turn our community of creators and small businesses into loyal advocates.

You'll own the end-to-end execution of events: venue and vendor selection, budget and logistics, on-site production, and post-event measurement. You'll partner closely with creative, marketing, and community teams to make sure every experience feels unmistakably Linktree.

As a member of the Marketing team, you'll help Linktree achieve our mission: to empower anyone to curate and grow their digital universe.

What You'll Own

  • Plan and execute owned and sponsored events, activations, and experiences that bring Linktree's creator and SMB communities together.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor and agency management, production, registration, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with creative teams to bring event messaging, visual identity, and branded environments to life.
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams to maximize event promotion, attendee acquisition, and post-event follow-up.
  • Measure event performance against KPIs like attendance, engagement, and ROI, and turn learnings into recaps that improve future events.
  • Stay on top of experiential marketing trends, event technologies, and audience engagement tactics.

Who We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience delivering events for creator, SMB, or other community-driven audiences.
  • Track record of managing multiple event projects at once, from concept through execution.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and event budgets.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for event execution (approximately 30-45%).
  • Able to work from our Los Angeles office (hybrid).
