Today, we work with thousands of creators: LinkedIn thought leaders, YouTube educators, newsletter writers, podcast hosts, and a new generation of B2B creators who are reshaping how companies reach their audiences. These aren't traditional influencers - they're founders, operators, AI researchers, engineers, marketers, and subject-matter experts who have built trusted audiences around real expertise. Our creator community includes some of the most influential voices in business, technology, and education, including creators such as Elena Verna, Marina Mogilko, and Zain Kahn.

As our Creator Growth Lead, you own the supply side of our platform across the full lifecycle: finding exceptional creators, onboarding them brilliantly, helping them earn and grow, and building a community they're proud to be part of. You'll define what it feels like to be a Passionfroot creator - and build the systems that make it scale.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll set strategy, run experiments, and write the playbooks from scratch. As the team grows, you'll be the person who shaped this function.

What you'll own

As our Creator Growth Lead, you own the supply side of our platform - the engine that powers everything we do. You'll build the playbooks, run the experiments, and unlock the next 10x of creator growth. You'll define how Passionfroot finds, activates, and retains the best creators in the world - and you'll do it in a way that scales.

You'll work at the intersection of growth, ops, and community. As we expand the team, you'll be the person who shaped the creator supply function from the ground up.

Creator Acquisition

Build and scale the programs that bring the best creators onto the platform - organic, partnership-driven, and product-led. You'll identify exceptional creators before they're obvious, develop relationships with creator communities and agencies, and build referral loops that compound over time. You'll know which channels convert and move fast to double down.

Onboarding & Activation

The experience of joining Passionfroot should feel exceptional - not like filling out a form. You'll design onboarding journeys that get creators to their first paid partnership faster, remove friction at every step, and set them up to genuinely succeed on the platform.

Retention & Monetization

A creator who earns on Passionfroot stays on Passionfroot. You'll build the programs, touchpoints, and tools that help creators grow their income - and make them feel supported, not just signed up. You'll understand what keeps creators loyal and turn that into systems that scale.

Community & Creator Experience

You'll be the voice of the creator inside Passionfroot. That means building a real community - curating connections between creators, creating spaces for learning and collaboration, and making creators feel like they're part of something bigger than a platform. You'll know what motivates them, what frustrates them, and what makes them love us.

How you'll do it
  • Design and run creator acquisition programs - organic, partnership-driven, and product-led
  • Build the systems and workflows that let us onboard creators at scale without sacrificing quality
  • Identify and close high-value creators across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and emerging platforms
  • Run experiments fast - test new sourcing channels, onboarding flows, and activation tactics
  • Become the internal expert on what makes a creator succeed on Passionfroot, and feed that insight back into product
  • Work directly with brand and campaign teams to match the right creators to the right opportunities
  • Build the foundation for a future creator supply team - document what works, hire when it's time
