The RoleWe are looking for a
Creative Strategist who lives and breathes short-form video. You are the bridge between
Data (what works in ads) and
Creativity (how to tell a story).
You will manage the creative strategy for global D2C brands, apps and more, turning their marketing goals into "scroll-stopping" video concepts. You will work within our "ecosystem," collaborating daily with four key groups:
1. The Brands (Client Strategy)- Lead Kickoff Sessions to extract goals, pain points, and brand voice.
- Consult brands on "Direct Response" principles.
- Manage expectations with clear ETAs and transparency.
2. The Creators (Talent Direction)- Bridge the gap between a corporate brief and authentic creator content.
- Source the right faces for the video production.
- Ensure briefs are clear so creators can deliver raw files without endless back-and-forth.
3. The Editors (Post-Production)- Collaborate with the post-production video editing team on each production you manage.
- Provide specific feedback on Hooks, Pacing, Music, and Aspect Ratios.
4. The Internal Team (Sales & Product)- Support the Sales team on demo calls by showcasing creative expertise.
- Feed insights back to Product to improve our platform, reporting bugs and workflow suggestions.
What You'll Do Daily- Ideation & Scripting: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini.) and your own creativity to write scripts that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
- Performance Analysis: Obsessively monitor ad performance using tools like TikTok Top Ads and Facebook Ads Library. Conduct "post-mortems" on campaigns to understand why an ad worked (or didn't).
- Quality Control: Ensure every piece of content meets our high standards before it reaches the client.
RequirementsRequirements- Experience: 2+ years in Creative Strategy, Social Media Management, or Performance Marketing. Experience in an agency environment is a massive plus.
- Language: Native-level English (Written and Spoken) is non-negotiable. You will be communicating with global clients daily.
- Highly Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to prioritize, manage multiple moving parts, and keep processes structured and efficient.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of TikTok, IG Reels/Stories, and Shorts ads ecosystems.
- Data-Driven: You don't just "feel" what's right; you look at the data (CTR, ROAS, CPA) to back up your decisions.
- Tech Savvy: You embrace AI. You use tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Midjourney to speed up your workflow, not replace it.
Self-Starter: You are proactive. You don't get blocked; you find a solution.
