Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of social media creative across all relevant platforms.

This role will manage social projects from intake through final delivery, partnering closely with Social Strategy, Creative, Production, Brand Strategy, Legal, Media, agency partners, and internal stakeholders. The Creative Project Manager will ensure projects have clear scope, realistic timelines, appropriate resources and an organized review/approval process.

This role is located at a client site in Atlanta, GA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Social Creative Project Management
. Manage social media creative projects from intake and kickoff through development, review, approval, delivery and closeout.
. Support organic and paid social deliverables across platforms, formats and placements.
. Build and maintain project schedules that reflect creative development, production, stakeholder reviews, Legal review, media trafficking and launch dates.
. Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity, urgency and visibility. Identify risks early and recommend solutions when timing, scope, feedback or resources could affect delivery.
. Ensure projects remain on schedule and within the approved scope and budget.

Creative and Production Coordination
. Partner with Creative leads to translate briefs into clear project plans.
. Coordinate copy, design, videography/photography, editing/motion, versioning and production needs.
. Manage social first shoots and lightweight content production when required, including but not limited to casting, scouting, sourcing props, creating shoot schedules and digitech management
. Confirm that campaign productions capture the assets, orientations, crops and formats needed for social channels.
. Coordinate asset handoffs among creative teams, production partners, agencies, media teams, channel owners and the internal digital asset management team.

Workflow and Stakeholder Management
. Serve as the day to day point of contact for assigned social creative projects.
. Lead kickoff meetings, status meetings, and creative review preparation.
. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding timing, decisions, risks, and required actions.
. Consolidate feedback and ensure the creative team receives clear, actionable direction. Confirm the appropriate reviewers and approvers at each stage.
. Prevent conflicting or late feedback from disrupting project timelines.
. Document key decisions, scope changes, and approvals.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Five or more years of creative, marketing or advertising project management experience.
. Demonstrated experience managing social media creative and production.
. Experience working within an in house agency, advertising agency, production agency or similarly fast paced creative environment.
. Strong understanding of organic and paid social workflows, deliverables and platform requirements. Experience managing static, motion and video creative.
. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Strong attention to detail and follow through. Ability to organize complex information and turn it into clear actions and schedules.
. Proficiency with Workfront or a comparable enterprise project management platform.
. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
