Job Overview

Creative Production Specialist will be the US-based production lead for the Brand and Creative and Product Creative workstreams. This role is responsible for managing creative productions from brief intake through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent outputs are delivered on time, at scale, and in line with business priorities.

This position will coordinate a broad range of creative deliverables across digital, visual build, copywriting, website production, video production, and digital asset management. A significant part of the role will focus on managing end-to-end website production processes, such as intake, requirements gathering, collaborator alignment, content and build handoff, CMS coordination, QA, approvals, publishing readiness, and post-launch asset governance.

The role will also be important in managing video production workflows. This includes pre-production planning, shoot coordination, collaborator reviews, post-production management, final approvals, and delivery of finished assets across relevant channels.

In addition, the Creative Production Specialist will help improve digital asset management processes. They will ensure assets are well organized, searchable, accurately versioned, properly governed, and accessible to the right collaborators.

The specialist in creative production works closely with global partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams. They translate briefs into clear production plans, manage timelines and dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure smooth progress on multiple concurrent projects. Responsibilities

  • Translate creative briefs into clear production plans, identifying scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery achievements.
  • Manage creative production workstreams across digital, video, visual design, copywriting, ensuring work is delivered on time, to brief, and to Arm's brand standard
  • Coordinate agency workflows and budget for larger production or more complex projects
  • Manage the end-to-end website design-to-development production process, including intake, requirements gathering, collaborator alignment, content handoff, CMS coordination, QA, approvals, publishing readiness, and post-launch asset governance.
  • Own and improve digital asset management practices, including asset intake, metadata, version control, naming conventions, rights / usage mentorship, searchability, archival, and collaborator access.
  • Use Asana as the central project management tool to plan work, manage dependencies, track progress, surface risks, and keep collaborators aligned across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Partner with Marketing, Legal, Finance, People, BU, Sales, and other collaborators to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, manage prioritisation, and drive delivery decisions.
  • Drive video production workflows, including pre-production planning, shoot logistics, collaborator reviews, post-production timelines, asset delivery, and final approvals.


Requirements:

  • 10 years' hands-on experience in a production management or project management in creative/ production agency
  • Experience in fast-paced working environment
  • Experience working across US/UK/APAC global teams
  • Strong understanding of multiple types of design-to-deliver creative workflows
  • Experience in managing digital production and familiar with CMS-based workflows
  • Experience with digital assets management tools and processes
  • Experience in Agile Methodology to manage workflow
  • Strong Asana expertise
  • Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for workflow automation and creative output improvement
