Full Job Description
Overview

As a Creative Producer in the Design Studio, you will translate creative vision into executable production across visual identity development, design systems, toolkits, asset libraries, photography, motion, and video. You will partner with creative directors, brand strategists, designers, Studio Operations, agencies, and production vendors to assemble and lead cross-functional teams from brief through final delivery. You will own scope, schedules, budgets, review cycles, and production quality while applying AI-enabled workflows that make the Studio faster, more consistent, and more scalable.

The ideal candidate combines production craft, commercial judgment, clear communication, and calm decision-making. You operate effectively in ambiguity, anticipate needs before they become blockers, and bring viable options and recommendations when budgets, timelines, or direction change.

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative briefs into actionable production strategies, scopes, schedules, deliverable plans, technical specifications, staffing models, and definitions of success for brand and marketing initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional production from concept through final delivery, partnering with creative directors, brand strategists, designers, Studio Operations, internal stakeholders, agencies, and production vendors to align teams and maintain momentum.

  • Own production schedules, estimates, budgets, bids, statements of work, purchase orders, milestones, approvals, and deliverable tracking across multiple concurrent projects, surfacing risk early and recommending tradeoffs that protect quality, timing, and cost.

  • Plan and deliver visual identity systems, toolkits, asset libraries, photography, motion, and video production, ensuring final assets meet brand, accessibility, legal, rights, licensing, responsible AI, and channel requirements.

  • Lead project kickoffs, stakeholder updates, reviews, and approval cycles; consolidate complex inputs into clear, actionable feedback and maintain shared understanding of decisions, ownership, dependencies, and next steps.

  • Apply Copilot and approved generative AI tools to briefing, previsualization, review summaries, stakeholder communications, production tracking, variation, and versioning while documenting provenance and following responsible AI standards.

  • Improve Studio operations by leading retrospectives, documenting learnings, and building reusable prompts, templates, workflows, naming conventions, and delivery practices across Workfront, SharePoint, AEM, and other shared systems.
