Your Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Creative Director to lead and evolve the creative strategy and execution for MSC Cruises during an exciting period of transformation and growth. This role oversees integrated B2B and B2C creative spanning brand, digital, trade, partnerships, CRM, social, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring compelling, customer-centric storytelling and consistent brand expression in the U.S. and Canada.

The Creative Director leads and inspires a multidisciplinary team while working closely with cross-functional and global partners to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive growth and elevate the brand. This role plays a critical part in shaping how MSC Cruises connects with guests and trade audiences through innovative, insight-driven creative.

Based in Miami with a hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote), you'll elevate our brand across all guest and trade touchpoints, while driving more AI-enabled workflows, scalable content operations, and Adobe-based marketing and creative capabilities.

Your Impact
• Define and lead the creative vision across all guest and trade touchpoints, ensuring a distinctive, consistent, and compelling brand experience.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning brand, digital, CRM, social, trade marketing, partnerships, promotions, and experiential channels.
• Evolve brand identity, voice, and visual systems across campaigns, digital channels, trade materials, signage, and experiential activations.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, Operations, and Global Marketing teams to align creative strategy with business priorities and localize campaigns for U.S. and Canadian audiences.
• Lead, mentor, recruit, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee creative operations including workflows, production processes, budgets, timelines, asset management systems, and agency/vendor relationships to improve efficiency and speed-to-market.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools, workflow automation, and emerging technologies to enhance creative operations, content production, personalization, and team efficiency.
• Support the adoption of Adobe marketing and creative platforms while championing innovation in storytelling, multimedia production, and experiential design.
• Ensure high-quality, on-brand creative output across all touchpoints and present campaign concepts and creative rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor consumer, creative, technology, and digital marketing trends to ensure the MSC Cruises brand remains culturally relevant and competitively positioned.

Your Journey so far
• 8+ years of senior creative leadership experience, including 3+ years in a Creative Director or equivalent leadership role within an agency or consumer-facing organization.
• Experience within hospitality, travel, entertainment, luxury, lifestyle, or similarly brand-driven industries strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns across brand, digital, CRM, social, trade marketing, partnerships, and experiential channels.
• Expert visual, conceptual, storytelling, and strategic thinking capabilities with strong hands-on creative leadership skills.
• Proven experience recruiting, mentoring, developing, and scaling multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders within matrixed and global organizations.
• Experience managing agencies, freelance partners, vendors, and large-scale creative budgets and production processes.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, workflow automation, and emerging creative technologies preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud required; familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or related marketing technology platforms strongly preferred.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of production processes across print, digital, video, multimedia, and environmental signage.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL
