BIG is seeking a Creatio Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our Creatio practice. In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to design, configure, and deliver Creatio-based CRM and process automation solutions.
This role is ideal for someone early in their development career who enjoys working with low-code/no-code platforms, learning modern CRM technologies, and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code / no-code tools
- Build and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic in Creatio
- Customize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards
- Support development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
- Assist with C#/.NET customizations to extend Creatio functionality when required
- Support integrations between Creatio and external systems using REST APIs
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working solutions
- Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live enhancements
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
- Work within an Agile delivery model, participating in sprint ceremonies
- Use tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and progress
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience working with Creatio
- Hands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules
- Basic working knowledge of C# and .NET
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processes
- Exposure to system integrations and APIs
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
- Creatio certification (Developer or Analyst)
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Interest in growing toward a senior developer or solution architect path
