Associated Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate clients. In this role, you will develop new business, deepen existing client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions that support client success. Key Accountabilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate relationships while driving loan, deposit, and fee income growth.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, centers of influence, and community networking.
• Analyze financial information and structure lending solutions that meet client needs and align with bank policies.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver treasury management, capital markets, insurance, private banking, and wealth solutions.
• Present credit opportunities and recommendations through the loan approval process.
• Advise clients on financial strategies, industry trends, and banking solutions that support their business objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality to ensure sound risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Associated Bank within the community to strengthen relationships and generate referral opportunities.
Education & Experience
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, commercial banking, or business-to-business sales.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and relationship management skills.
Preferred
• Experience managing complex commercial real estate portfolios.
• Established network of commercial real estate professionals and centers of influence.
• Experience working with treasury management, capital markets, wealth management, and other commercial banking solutions.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
For certain positions, total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities not reflected in the posted base pay range.
$147,000.00 - $252,000.00 per year
