Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and the executive suite. Translate technical complexities into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders. Expertly manage expectations and maintain alignment across diverse global teams. 3. Strategic & Business Acumen Move beyond the Gantt chart to demonstrate tangible business value, focusing on metrics like ROI (Return on Investment) and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Partner with leadership to ensure program outcomes directly support the customer's strategic goals and bottom line. 4. Technical Leadership Leverage a solid background in Cloud Technology (Infrastructure, Data, and Dev) to lead technical dependency discussions.
