What You Will Do:
  • Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for courts-related projects, including planning, execution, validation, and cutover support.
  • Partner with project stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to define migration strategy, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Analyze source and target data structures, identify data quality issues, and develop mapping, transformation, and cleansing approaches.
  • Coordinate and oversee data extraction, loading, reconciliation, and defect resolution activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Establish the strategy and framework for the maintenance of migration documentation, runbooks, status reporting, and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support testing activities, including mock conversions, validation cycles, and production cutover readiness reviews.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and successful transition to the new environment.


What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education)
  • Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".
  • 10+ years of experience in data migration, data conversion, data integration, or related project leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting courts/justice clients across State and Local Government
  • Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, including data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.
  • Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to document processes, track issues, and provide clear status updates to project leadership.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Some travel may be required during peak client times.


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Familiarity with data migration tools, ETL processes, reporting tools, or database platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations or system modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and information management best practices.
  • Project management certification or formal training.
  • Experience supporting remote teams and geographically distributed stakeholders.


The annual salary range for this position is $185,000.00-$309,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
