Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8 years proven experience as a Cost Estimator with a background in Station Site Lighting Design.
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to station site lighting.
Responsibilities: - Analyze project requirements and specifications, with a specific emphasis on station site lighting design, to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for station site lighting projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids for station site lighting components to determine the best options for cost efficiency.
