Role Summary

Every interaction generates data. our MarTech and AdTech ecosystem transforms that data into a clear understanding of who a person is, where they are in their journey, and what they need. It enables more relevant, timely, and personal experiences and ensures those experiences feel connected and intentional.

From a marketing and experience perspective, our audience platform powers how audiences are defined, how signals are translated into usable context, and how that context is applied to personalize content, guide journeys, and inform decision making across marketing channels. It ensures teams can move beyond static segmentation to dynamic, real time understanding, and consistently deliver experiences that are relevant, coordinated, and measurable.

We are looking for an individual with with deep experience building and enabling this layer. This includes defining detailed requirements, recommending solutions, defining the appropriate reference architecture, and delivering solutions end-to-end with excellence.

In this role, you will partner closely with business, AI & data, technology, legal, and compliance teams. You will also help shape our forward-looking enablement strategy, including how agentic AI can evolve how insights are created and applied to better serve customers, empower advisors, and drive outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong domain expertise, disciplined solution design, and the ability to execute and deliver.

  • A deep domain expert in solutioning and delivering marketing data & insight platforms.
  • A strategic partner to Business Product Managers and Business Domain Experts, understanding business needs and recommending and building solutions to enable their experiences and underlying digital products.
  • A technical visionary who can assess today's processes and workflows, and envision how modern intelligence can re-engineer them into autonomous, self-optimizing systems.
  • Demonstrates delivery excellence which includes collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise to create a delivery approachand build and manage a delivery plan that anchors sprint output to business outcomes
  • A cross-functional partner who collaborates with AI & Data, Technology, and Business stakeholders around a shared vision for how the intelligence layer needs to evolve - including the transition from current state to agentic systems.


Key Responsibilities

MarTech and AdTech Enablement Strategy & Requirements
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define and evolve the enablement strategy for segmentation, audience management, clean rooms, recommendations, and experience/journey analytics.
  • Partner with product managers and business SMEs to understand business objectives and translate business objectives into concrete capabilities.
  • Recommend and document business reference architecture for the platform holistically across MarTech and AdTech.
  • Define and maintain our enterprise experience and marketing capabilities that allow creation and maintenance of our knowledge graph that can help give AI systems context required to perform actions in compliant manner
  • Define platform and business requirements for audience segmentation (behavioral, contextual, and predictive), recommendation and experience analytics across multi-touch, cross-channel journeys-from first digital interaction through advisor engagement and conversion.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized solution delivery roadmap that sequences enablement deliverables based on business impact, downstream dependencies, and architectural readiness.


Solutioning, Backlog, & Capability Enablement
  • Create solution documents that translate business objectives and requirements into platform capabilities, data flows, and integration requirements.
  • Build recommendations with business stakeholders to inform prioritization - grounded in what the capability unlocks for the organization.
  • Collaborate with product management to manage the intelligence platform backlog.
  • Directly accountable for defining, grooming, and sequencing based on business impact, cross-team dependencies, and architectural readiness.


Delivery & Execution
  • Lead delivery of intelligence platform capabilities with Technology and AI & Data team.
  • Drive sprint planning, feature delivery, and risk escalation with a clear understanding of upstream dependencies and downstream impacts.


User Acceptance & Quality
  • Partner with the UAT team to validate that intelligence platform deliverables meet defined business and user expectations.
  • Guide the creation and prioritization of test scripts; support triage, prioritization, and resolution of defects.
  • Ensure readiness for deployment through collaboration with key stakeholders.


Platform & Vendor Collaboration
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to facilitate platform evaluations and vendor RFPs for intelligence capabilities, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategy.
  • Influence vendor roadmaps to support evolving intelligence and analytics needs.


Skills & Competencies
  • Expertise in solutions that enable marketing analytics, audience segmentation, and experience optimization platforms.
  • Direct experience with segmentation and audience management platforms (CDPs, MarTech audience tools), clean room technologies, AI/ML-driven recommendation or personalization engines, and the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Working knowledge of Databricks or equivalent data lake house platforms - understanding how data is structured, queried, and made available for intelligence and activation use cases.
  • Understanding of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics, or equivalent - understanding of how these platforms operate within the MarTech ecosystem and how modern AI-driven audience segmentation and insight capabilities integrate with and enable them.
  • Strong understanding of journey analytics, attribution modeling, and experience measurement and can define measurement strategies, not just report on them.
  • Proven solutioning ability. Can take business requirements and translate it end-to-end into platform capabilities, data flows, integration specs, and a delivery plan tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Thinks in business capabilities and can articulate why a platform investment matters in terms of what it enables (personalization, conversion, advisor enablement), not just what it does technically.
  • Agentic AI fluency to assess a current-state workflow and articulate how agentic approaches re-engineer it. This includes understanding of agent harness, emerging protocols - A2A, MCP, what governance is required, and how to sequence the transition.
  • Delivery-focused with proven track record of shipping intelligence platform capabilities through agile delivery. Understands cascading impact on downstream teams.
  • Strong cross-functional influencer who drives clarity and accountability across business, data, and technology stakeholders.


Education & Background
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with 7+ years specializing in marketing insights,, audience platforms, or digital product delivery with a campaign activation, measurement and optimization focus.


Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $119,000 - $180,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
