94310 - PF5 Digital Service Portfolio Management & AlignmentRole OverviewThe Corporate Vice President, Digital Service Portfolio Management & Alignment, is responsible for translating the Digital Service strategy into an integrated portfolio of initiatives that advance business objectives across Service Experience, Technology, and Foundational Business organizations. Reporting to the Head of Digital Service Strategy & Enablement, this role provides leadership for portfolio planning, roadmap management, cross-functional alignment, and dependency coordination to enable successful execution of strategic priorities.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing visibility into portfolio health, execution risks, and investment priorities while fostering collaboration across highly matrixed teams. The successful candidate combines strategic thinking with operational discipline to ensure initiatives remain aligned with enterprise objectives and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do- Lead the development and management of the Digital Service portfolio, translating strategic priorities into integrated roadmaps, actionable plans, and measurable business outcomes across Service Experience and Foundational Business Value Streams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by identifying, managing, and resolving dependencies, risks, and sequencing considerations across Product, Technology, Service, and business stakeholders to support successful portfolio execution.
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance, roadmap management, and reporting processes that provide executive visibility into initiative progress, strategic alignment, resource needs, and investment priorities.
- Develop executive-level presentations, portfolio reviews, and data-driven recommendations that support governance forums, prioritization discussions, investment decisions, and long-range planning.
- Partner with senior leaders to promote enterprise consistency, operational readiness, and continuous portfolio optimization by identifying opportunities for integration, process improvement, and strategic alignment.
What You'll BringRequired Skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, digital transformation, business operations, or large-scale program leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within highly matrixed organizations while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong experience developing and managing multi-year strategic roadmaps, portfolio plans, governance processes, and executive-level reporting.
- Deep understanding of digital product delivery, technology organizations, operational readiness, portfolio management, and organizational change.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Skills- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives within financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Agile portfolio management, value stream operating models, and modern product management practices.
- Experience leading portfolio governance, investment prioritization, and executive planning processes across multiple business organizations.
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay TransparencySalary Range: $125,000-$170,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
