Full Job Description
DuraServ is looking for a Corporate Training Manager who partners with leaders, facilitates with credibility, connects training to performance data, and drives the organizational capability that lets a national field service company scale.

Corporate Training Manager | Talent Management | Enterprise Programs. Sales Enablement. Field Impact.

DuraServ Corporate | Coppell, TX | On-Site | Up to 20% Travel

Training That Doesn't Move the Needle Isn't Training. It's Theater.

DuraServ is a national industrial services company operating across nine U.S. and Canadian regions - with a field organization of technicians, sales professionals, branch leaders, and corporate team members who need to perform at a high level from the day they're onboarded. When training is designed well, facilitated credibly, and connected to real performance outcomes, it accelerates everything else. When it isn't, it wastes time and erodes trust.

As Corporate Training Manager, you lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise training programs that strengthen workforce capability and support business priorities. You're a training generalist with the facilitation skills to run a room and the business acumen to earn a seat at the table with sales, operations, and functional leaders. You partner on needs assessment, define program requirements, deliver instructor-led and virtual learning events, reinforce learning in the field, integrate acquisition businesses into DuraServ's development programs, and use proficiency and performance data to prove the work is working.

If you've spent your career building the kind of credibility that makes leaders ask for more training rather than tolerate it - this role was built for you.

What You'll Own

The Delivery

  • Lead the delivery and reinforcement of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs - including enterprise functional training, role-based learning journeys, and professional development programs across the team member lifecycle
  • Facilitate corporate learning events, supplier-led product training, workshops, simulations, and business capability programs with the presence and credibility that keeps adult learners engaged and accountable
  • Reinforce learning through coaching, field observation, practice activities, proficiency checks, and skill validation in partnership with business leaders - you close the gap between what was taught and what's being applied

The Partnerships

  • Partner with sales leadership to deliver and reinforce sales enablement programs focused on product knowledge, sales processes, systems proficiency, and business acumen - you speak the language of the sales floor, not just the training room
  • Partner with functional leaders, subject matter experts, and training design resources to assess needs, define program requirements, develop implementation strategies, and coordinate learning materials and performance-support tools
  • Lead the training integration of newly acquired businesses into DuraServ's development programs - you've done this before and you know that speed and cultural sensitivity are equally important

The Performance & Program Management

  • Manage training schedules, events, communications, and program logistics across multiple simultaneous initiatives without losing quality or timeline on any of them
  • Establish measures and analyze participant feedback, assessment results, proficiency data, and business performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements - your training is only as good as the evidence that it works
  • Leverage generative AI and digital learning tools to improve training delivery, preparation, efficiency, and learner experience - staying current and applying it practically

Who You Are

You don't hand leaders a Kirkpatrick model and call it evaluation. You have the data, the conversation, and the recommendation ready before they ask.

  • A credible facilitator - you run instructor-led and virtual sessions for varied audiences, from front-line technicians to senior leaders, and the room follows you because you've earned it
  • A skilled business partner - you consult with functional leaders, translate performance gaps into learning strategies, and push back professionally when a training request is solving the wrong problem
  • Sales-literate - you've delivered enablement programs for sales professionals and you understand the product, process, and behavioral dimensions of what makes a rep effective
  • A program manager - you juggle multiple initiatives, manage logistics without drama, and deliver on timeline without sacrificing quality
  • Analytically grounded - you measure what matters, interpret proficiency and performance data, and use it to improve what you do and demonstrate value to the business
  • AI-forward - you actively use generative AI and digital learning tools to improve your own efficiency and the learner experience, not just as a talking point
  • Certified and credible - DDI, Korn Ferry, ATD, or comparable facilitation certification is preferred; you've invested in the craft and it shows

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in a professional training and/or learning and development role at a company with $1B+ in revenue - the scale matters; you've operated in a complex, multi-audience environment
  • Demonstrated platform training experience and familiarity with talent management strategies - you've stood in front of rooms and delivered programs that changed behavior
  • Strong facilitation skills across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and on-the-job training for varied audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Experience using generative AI and digital learning tools in a practical, applied way

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • DDI, Korn Ferry, ATD, or comparable facilitation certification
  • Experience in the industrial services sector and with sales professionals
  • Background supporting M&A integration from a training and onboarding perspective

What's in It for You

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401K with company match
  • Company-provided life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • A broad scope that touches every level of the organization - field technicians, sales teams, managers, executives, and newly acquired businesses
  • Direct partnership with Talent Management leadership and visibility across business and functional leaders
  • 20% travel that keeps you connected to the field without living in an airport
  • A growing national platform investing in its training infrastructure - you'll help shape what it becomes

A Direct Note to the Right Candidate.

If you've been in a training role where program completion was the measure, leadership sat through sessions as a courtesy, and the connection between what you delivered and what the business needed was never clearly drawn - this is a different standard.

DuraServ's Corporate Training Manager will be expected to earn the trust of sales leaders, operations managers, and functional executives by delivering programs that make their teams measurably better. The credibility is built in the room, reinforced in the data, and sustained through every partnership.

Facilitate the momentum. That's not just a tagline here - it's the job.

Please note: This is NOT a remote or hybrid role. This position is based on-site at DuraServ Corporate in Coppell, TX with up to 20% planned business travel.
