Americas Corporate Strategy Manager will help drive the strategic direction for Accenture's largest Market. We will serve as trusted advisors to the Americas business and leadership team, with a range of responsibilities including developing the Americas growth strategy, business strategies, operational strategies, V&A agenda, and investment strategy. We will also serve as a strategic consulting function for the Americas, solving critical complex problems for the business across industries, reinvention partners, reinvention engines, and market units.
The Americas Corporate Strategy Manager will play a key role in helping to deliver our Americas G&S projects, including:
- Helping to identify and structuring the problem
- Testing hypotheses
- Owning research and analysis
- Interacting with stakeholders
- Interviewing SMEs
- Presenting recommendations to the team and leadership
- Implementing interventions and monitoring progress
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Skills:- Understanding of industry dynamics, value creation opportunities, and use of technology for competitive advantage
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strategy Consulting background
Professional Skills:- An aptitude for creative problem solving
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently and manage consulting teams
- Analytical approach; structured thinker
- Ability to work with leadership in a trusted advisor capacity

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
