This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days look exactly the same.

What You'll Do

Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop search strategies, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screens and present qualified candidates with thoughtful recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
• Help deliver a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.

Build Talent Pipelines
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Research talent markets, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting activity.
• Support recruiting events, workforce-development initiatives, and employer-branding efforts.

Support Recruiting Operations & Growth
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, and requisition status updates.
• Track recruiting activity and support reporting on open roles, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics.
• Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experiences as the company continues to grow.
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders on offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding transitions.
• Assist with executive searches, strategic recruiting projects, and other talent initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle searches with increasing independence.
• Experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping organizations grow through talent.
