Responsibilities

Job Summary: As a Corporate Project Manager III – MAC Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all furniture Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) activities for corporate offices. This position ensures workplace changes are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining exceptional customer service. The MAC Manager leads daily operations, supervises installation teams and subcontractors, coordinates with interior designers, project managers and facility stakeholders, and drives continuous process improvement to maximize operational efficiency and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Project Management:
  • Manage and coordinate complex MAC requests and workplace programs from initial request through completion.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business partners, providing proactive communication, guidance, and customer support.
  • Partner with Space Planning, Design, Construction, Maintenance, Digital, Security, HR, and other stakeholders to coordinate workplace changes.
  • Develop and maintain program processes, standards, reporting, KPIs, and service metrics.
  • Analyze MAC volume, project activity, space needs, and other data to identify trends, capacity needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks to ensure commitments are met.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards for leadership to provide visibility into workload, project status, customer service, and program performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline MAC processes, improve turnaround times, reduce rework, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Support strategic workplace initiatives and provide program management expertise as the corporate office portfolio and business needs evolve.
    • Leads / maintains sponsor and stakeholder partnerships to ensure project success.
    • Facilitates working sessions with stakeholders; provides post meeting summaries of key action items and decisions.

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, workplace services, facilities, space planning, or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and customer requests in a complex corporate environment
  • Experience managing or coordinating Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC), office moves, space changes, renovations, or other workplace-related initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience serving as a customer-facing partner, managing expectations, resolving issues, and providing clear and timely communication
  • Experience coordinating budgets, schedules, resources, priorities, and project dependencies
  • Experience developing or improving processes, standards, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Experience with project/program management tools and Microsoft Office/Excel; dashboard or data visualization experience is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of PMI-based project management lifecycle framework, processes, and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
