Responsibilities

Job Summary: As a Corporate Project Manager IV, you'll provide project management expertise and critical engagement with key stakeholders on initiatives that advance our business lines. You'll manage one or more projects (may include contract management responsibilities) and oversee progress, ensuring delivery of timely, success project progression and delivery.Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Project Management:
      • Leads projects from scope definition to implementation, following project management lifecycle; works independently with limited oversight
      • Manages multiple concurrent projects; defines / manages project scope, schedule, and budget to support company goals
      • Develops work estimations
      • Ensures initial and lifecycle-long project documentation
      • Determines appropriate project deliverables (e.g., plans for communication, risk mitigation, resources, architecture, implementation, and quality)
      • Monitors project status; communicates expectations and status to team and stakeholders in a timely manner
      • Communicates risks and issues quickly and accurately
      • Ensures project budget, schedule, and performance objectives are met
      • Incorporates / identifies change management opportunities; facilitates change management initiatives related to assigned projects and programs
      • Executes contracts related to tech / professional services
      • Provides work direction; coaches / mentors; reviews work; measures success based on meeting business objectives
      • Analyzes / execute plans to successfully transition / conclude each project
      • Leads / maintains sponsor and stakeholder partnerships to ensure project success
      • Facilitates working sessions with stakeholders; provides post meeting summaries of key action items, decisions
