Full Job Description
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm and be admitted to the Texas State Bar. We are looking for a solutions-oriented, insightful litigator who is comfortable working with dense corporate contracts and transactional documents. Prior M&A litigation experience is a plus but is not required; equally strong candidates may come from a broader commercial litigation background and bring the analytical rigor and contractual fluency this practice demands.

Experience drafting near ready-to-file documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, the ability to manage case files and tasks, and strong research, analysis, and writing skills are required. Familiarity reading and interpreting merger agreements, purchase agreements, and other complex commercial contracts is highly valued. Experience with depositions and trial preparation activities and the desire to gain meaningful stand-up courtroom experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and take ownership of case responsibilities.

Qualified applicants should include a resume and law school transcript with their application. The estimated salary range for this role is $270,000 - $385,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
