The goal of PNC's Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNC's lines of business.

PNC Business Credit is one of the top asset-based lenders in the country with 40 offices nationwide and more than $60 billion in commitments. PNC Business Credit provides senior secured and specialty financing to private equity firms and mid-sized companies across a wide range of industries and geographies throughout the U.S., Canada and the UK.

The Business Credit track is an engaging 2-year experience especially designed to equip you with the foundational and transferable skills that will enable you to navigate a successful career in banking. Analysts will master PNC's product set to excel in analytics, credit, relationship management, sales and financial modeling.

Various locations are available depending on rotational opportunity and business needs. Locations may include: New York City, NY; Pasadena, CA ; and Chicago, IL;. The PNCBC program requires a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel up to 65% and having access to reliable transportation for commuting to and from customer locations on a daily basis (within 100 miles). Travel is generally regional in nature, but may at times require the ability to travel overnight up to 65% of the time.

Job Profile:

Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.

• Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g., deal, sales, process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects).

• Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g., identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach).

• Participates in formal learning (e.g., classroom, web-based or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.

• Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service at all times; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.

Required Education and Experience:

• Preferred business relevant majors (e.g. Finance, Accounting)

• Minimum GPA 3.2.

• Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $39,100.00 - $126,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
