Position Overview
To support our further worldwide growth, we are looking to recruit an Analyst to join our Corporate Finance
department. The Analyst will support the team to manage the Financing and Mergers & Acquisition's agenda of
the company. The position will be based in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage and execute project workstreams across real estate/acquisition/financing projects.
• Review and preparation of financial models, (financing) memorandums and other information.
• Manage external communication with banks, advisors, lawyers and other relevant stakeholders during
various processes.
• Support and actively manage M&A processes from initiation through post-merger integration.
• Perform detailed financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making across financing and M&A
activities, while independently managing multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively take ownership of key deliverables and drive workstreams forward with a high degree of
autonomy, ensuring timely and accurate execution across financing and M&A activities.
• Manage internal coordination and communication with all relevant NewCold departments to execute due
diligence, structuring, insurance, valuation and KYC processes.
• Monitor existing financing solutions in coordination with the central and local finance/treasury/ tax
teams.

Requirements
• At least 2-3 years' of work experience with financing, M&A, modelling, etc.
• Experience in banking, corporate finance, and debt financing (e.g., loans, credit facilities, leveraged
finance).
• Deep understanding of corporate finance aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate
insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects or workstreams, delivering high-quality results with a high
degree of autonomy.
• Experience working in an international work environment and in diversified teams.
• Ability to manage rapidly changing conditions and come up with creative solutions for problems that may
arise during transactions.
• Strong drafting, reporting, preparation of memoranda and project management skills.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
Education/Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred but not required.
