Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred
• 3-5+ years experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
• Proven experience executing transactions end-to-end, including due diligence and financial modeling
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, specifically in DCF and comparable analysis
• Strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills, specifically in preparing executive presentations
• Availability to work onsite at least three days per week in Plymouth, MI

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A transaction execution, overseeing due diligence to closing processes
• Coordinate global workstreams across multiple departments including Legal, Tax, and Finance
• Build and analyze financial models to evaluate deal economics and investment returns
• Prepare executive-level presentations and investment materials for senior leadership
• Manage relationships with external advisors during negotiations and deal documentation
• Drive market intelligence and strategic analysis for M&A pipeline development
