Summary

The Corporate Controller leads the Company's accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, reporting, internal controls, and financial operations. As a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, this role ensures financial integrity, safeguards assets, optimizes cash flow and working capital, and provides insights that support profitable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

Finance Leadership & Business Partnership
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team, partnering with operational and commercial leaders to improve profitability, productivity, cash flow, and overall business performance.
• Deliver financial analyses and recommendations for strategic initiatives, pricing, capital investments, contracts, growth opportunities, and long-range planning.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for revenue, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and operational performance.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Direct accounting operations, including the close, general ledger, financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, billing, collections, cash application, expense management, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and records in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls that protect company assets and support operational effectiveness.
• Oversee external audits, financial reviews, and regulatory reporting.

Treasury & Cash Management
• Lead cash management, forecasting, liquidity planning, investments, banking relationships, and short- and long-term cash flow planning.
• Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, inventory, and the cash conversion cycle.
• Support financing activities, covenant compliance, and capital structure initiatives.

Financial Planning & Analysis
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze results and trends to identify risks, opportunities, cost savings, and performance improvements, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive accountability for financial performance across the organization.

Internal Controls, Compliance & Risk Management
• Maintain a strong control and governance framework and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, audit, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks, including support for enterprise risk management and business continuity planning.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.

Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
• Lead financial systems strategy, ERP optimization, reporting enhancements, automation, and data quality improvements.
• Implement scalable processes that improve financial operations, reporting, decision support, and organizational efficiency.

Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead, develop, and retain finance and accounting talent while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support succession planning, organizational capability, and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• CPA strongly preferred; MBA, CMA, or another advanced certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years leading accounting, treasury, finance, or financial operations teams.
• Broad expertise in GAAP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, working capital, payroll, taxation, internal controls, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, banking relationships, cash forecasting, and finance transformation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence business outcomes through financial insight and partnership.
