HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Corporate Communications Manager, you'll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, you'll be responsible for supporting and elevating the reputation and visibility of LifeNet Health, its constituent divisions, and the cause of organ and tissue donation through multi-channel communications campaigns designed to reach highly varied target audiences, including stakeholders in the general public, health care, and biomedical research. You will collaborate with designated departments to develop, deploy, and assess comprehensive programs that incorporate paid, earned, shared, and owned media, with particular emphasis on tactics related to social media, public relations/media relations, and video/multimedia, and that are aligned with identified objectives. You will work with internal experts and external resources to ensure the development of powerful written, digital, and video content that reflects LifeNet Health's unique mission and how it impacts lives locally, nationally, and globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develops, implements, and analyzes marketing and communications programs across designated client departments, working closely with department leadership to ensure alignment with corporate brand and strategic objectives.
- Serves as liaison to internal and external resources - including advertising and video agencies - required to conceptualize, develop and execute effective communication resources. Ensures performance measures are in place for each project.
- Manages communications planning and deployment activity, including co-development (with department colleagues and leadership) of proactive editorial and social media calendars on monthly basis and in preparation for key observances/events.
- Leads strategic development, tactical execution, and performance measurement of organization's social media program.
- Coordinates creation, review, approval, and deployment of press releases and other media relations activities supporting regional and national objectives.
- Ensures marketing communication programs, corporate communications, promotional materials, and employee communications materials for brand consistency, grammar, corporate style and tone, and adherence to writing and visual standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 5 years of Experience developing, executing, and assessing comprehensive marketing and public relations programs - including paid, earned, shared and owned media - in a corporate or agency setting

- Lead Strategic Social Media Platforms: Meet the ongoing and future needs of multiple departments through engage social media content, including performance measurement to refine future planning.
- Creative Narratives: Identify and lead creation of compelling stories of LifeNet Health's mission and impact that can be told through earned media/medial relations activities, videos, images, and web content.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $87,226 to $145,376 annually
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $87,226 annually (entry level qualifications) to $145,376 annually (experienced in this role). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.
