Position Purpose:
The primary function of the Corporate Claims Manager is to manage assigned Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers Compensation claims across the United States and Canada.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 80% of the time.
Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
Must be able to operate basic office machinery.
Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of related work experience in claims administration and handling
Exceptional Microsoft office skills
Strong understanding of Property & Casualty claims handling with multi-jurisdictional expertise across North America and Canada
Proven ability to manage a high volume of claims with a sense of urgency
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
