Corporate Channel Account Manager

Your new responsibilities

The Corporate Channel Account Manager is responsible for driving growth and strengthening strategic relationships across assigned channel partners, including distributors, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services). This role develops and executes account strategies that drive revenue growth, demand creation, design wins, and long-term business partnerships.

Serving as the primary business contact for assigned partners, the Corporate Channel Account Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, product management, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver customer success and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive, procurement, supply chain, engineering, and sales leaders within assigned accounts.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, design wins, and product adoption across customer programs.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and account planning activities.
  • Manage forecasting, demand planning, inventory discussions, and supply chain coordination with customers.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for commercial and operational issues.
  • Partner with internal teams to support customer initiatives, product qualifications, and business growth opportunities.
  • Lead pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive dynamics to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
