About this role:

The Corporate Aviation Director is responsible for leading the company's aviation program, including aircraft fleet management, fractional aviation usage, flight scheduling, maintenance planning, vendor oversight, performance reporting, and financial management. This role ensures aviation operations are safe, reliable, cost-effective, and aligned with executive travel needs and business priorities.

In this role, you will:
  • Oversee the company's aircraft fleet, including utilization, readiness, lifecycle planning, and ongoing operational performance.
  • Manage fractional aviation hours, including forecasting, usage tracking, scheduling coordination, and cost oversight.
  • Lead aviation scheduling and demand planning to support safe, efficient, and responsive executive travel.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor routines, including service reviews, performance discussions, issue resolution, and accountability for agreed service levels.
  • Oversee aircraft maintenance planning to ensure operational readiness, safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to business travel needs.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to safety, reliability, utilization, cost, service quality, and vendor performance.
  • Prepare aviation reporting and executive updates that summarize operational performance, trends, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Conduct fleet assessments to evaluate aircraft needs, utilization, replacement planning, and opportunities to improve efficiency or cost effectiveness.
  • Understand and manage aviation-related financials, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, operating costs, and vendor spend.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, internal partners, vendors, aircraft operators, and industry peers.


Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience overseeing corporate aircraft fleets, including utilization, readiness, lifecycle planning, replacement strategies, and operational performance
  • Direct experience managing fractional aviation hours, including forecasting, usage tracking, scheduling, and cost optimization
  • Experience supporting senior executives through complex flight scheduling, demand planning, and high-touch travel coordination
  • Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance planning, aircraft readiness, safety standards, and operational compliance
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with aircraft operators, maintenance providers, fractional providers, and other aviation vendors
  • Experience managing aviation budgets, forecasts, operating expenses, vendor spend, invoices, and cost-reduction opportunities
  • Strong track record building trusted relationships with senior leaders, executive assistants, internal partners, and external industry contacts
