Summary: Responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications. Analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage and network connectivity. Provides system administration for assigned infrastructure and establishes and maintains security as it relates to users. Applies security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment. Supports new infrastructure projects. Maintains all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.
Responsibilities:- Diverse Responsibilities: When you're not the live connection to the field, you'll engage in a variety of stimulating tasks such as updating firmware/software, performing data entry into the Key Management Facility (KMF), supporting field operations, and participating in exciting blitzes.

- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve as we plan to upgrade our core equipment to future software releases. You'll be at the center of these advancements, ensuring you remain proficient and up-to-date with the latest technology.
- 24/7 Impact: Your role will be crucial in providing shiftwork support to ensure our CORE facilities operate seamlessly around the clock.
Qualifications:We are looking for CORE System Administrators with a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence. Ideal candidates will have:
Experience: - Bachelors degree with at least 5 Experience or Associates Degree with 7 years' experience in the design and implementation of LAN/WAN networks, Wireless networks, budget analysis, capacity planning, interface analysis, network optimization, Subnet, IT engineering, system design, and zoning support.
- Analyzes functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities.
- Responsible for understanding the needs of the customers and the realities of commercially available IT products, and creating requirements that will allow implementation by the architecture and engineering team using COTS products.
- Must possess experience of system engineering in one or more areas including telecommunications concepts, computer languages, operating systems, database/DBMS and middlware.
- Will provide identification/fixes for the problems within existing systems, design/implementation of new systems, enhancements to existing systems and participates in analysis, design and new construction of next generation IT systems.
- At least 2 years' specialized experience managing a Motorola Core.
