In this role, the Core Operations Manager leads critical investment operations capabilities across cash management, cash projections, foreign currency activity, position enablement, and trusted investment data.
The role brings people, process, risk, and technology together to deliver high-quality service, strengthen controls, improve resiliency, and support scalable growth in a complex global asset management environment.
Accountability includes building trusted partnerships across business, technology, investment, and external provider teams to solve problems, simplify complexity, and deliver durable operational outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment operations, investment accounting, asset management, or a related operational leadership environment.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success leading people, large teams, organizational change, strategic initiatives, or operational transformation efforts.
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence senior stakeholders in complex, evolving environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage authentically, respectfully, and clearly while adapting style to influence a variety of audiences.
- Maintains meaningful relationships, collaborates effectively across teams, and stays current on industry trends and best practices.
Charlotte Base Salary Range: $136,749-$218,798
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
