Job DescriptionWHAT DOES A COPY SUPERVISOR DO?We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling. As a Copy Supervisor, you will oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

QualificationsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Bachelor9s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required
- 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
- 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience is preferred
- High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc)
- A book featuring conceptual work and very smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and even banners
- Know-how for writing in a digital landscape - from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO
- Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams
