About the RoleWe are looking for a
Copilot & Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client needs into AI-driven solutions within our Professional Services practice. The ideal candidate has proven experience working in client-facing environments and is comfortable interacting with both business users and IT stakeholders. Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform is required for this role. Full-stack development experience is considered a strong asset.
- Location: Montreal, Quebec
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Work Mode: Hybrid
What you will do- Develop agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and custom connectors.
- Build functional agent workflows leveraging Copilot Studio, Agent Flow, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services to automate business processes and enhance user productivity.
- Design, develop, validate, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents, with a strong focus on:
- Agent architecture and intent modeling
- Multi-agent orchestration
- Agent workflows and autonomous task execution
- Understand and clearly explain to colleagues and clients the relationship between the various AI tools offered by Microsoft.
- Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Work IQ for the development of AI agents.
- Stay up to date with technological advancements, Microsoft's AI and Power Platform roadmap, updates, and relevant emerging technologies.
What you will need- 3+ years of development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, M365 Copilot, Power Apps Maker, Power Automate Builder, and Agent Flow
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Design and development of Copilot Studio agents
- Trigger events and conversational flow design
- Agent workflows and task orchestration
- Generative responses grounded in enterprise content
- Design and development of M365 productivity solutions using Power Platform tools
- Use of adaptive cards and rich responses
- Integration and validation of connectors to external sources outside of M365
- Bilingual in French and English
