Le rôle combine la coordination d'ingénierie, le suivi des livrables techniques, ainsi que des fonctions de répartition et de coordination, permettant une prise de décision basée sur les données et une visibilité accrue des programmes, en alignement avec les méthodologies PMBP d'Airbus.

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe d'ingénierie en service (ISE), responsable de définir les réparations pour la flotte mondiale d'A220 actuellement immobilisée. Cette équipe s'appuie sur les données fournies par l'équipe de calcul/contraintes pour développer des réparations à la fois spécifiques et génériques.

Responsabilités
  • Définir le plan de développement pour les réparations génériques (GREO) et les limites de dommages admissibles (PDL) pour le département;
  • Identifier les livrables requis en ingénierie et en ISE (rapports de calcul, modèles 3D et dessins) pour exécuter le plan;
  • S'aligner avec l'ingénierie sur le contenu détaillé requis pour ces livrables;
  • Planifier les ressources ISE et suivre l'avancement, incluant la coordination avec les équipes à Toulouse et en Australie;
  • Définir les travaux sous-traités dans le cadre des énoncés de travaux (SOW);
  • Fournir aux sous-traitants les données nécessaires à l'exécution des travaux définis dans les SOW;
  • Approuver les rapports de livraison de services des sous-traitants ISE;
  • Identifier les risques et les enjeux liés aux projets assignés et les documenter adéquatement dans le système;
  • Assurer le suivi via une gouvernance régulière.

CapGemini Engineering supports large commercial engineering programs by ensuring planning, reliability and engineering deliverables. We are heavily involved in tracking, performance monitoring, and governance execution across complex, multi-functional environments.

About the role

The role combines engineering coordination, technical deliverables follow-up, and dispatching and coordination functions, enabling data-driven decision-making and program visibility aligned with Airbus PMBP methodologies.

You will be part of the In-Service engineering (ISE) team, responsible for defining repairs for the global A220 fleet currently off the ground. This team works from data provided by the engineering stress/calculation team to develop both specific and generic repairs.

The team structure is designed to promote cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous way, with mutual support and collective learning.

Your role as a Structural Repairs Stress Coordinator will involve performing project management tasks related to the development of generic repairs. This will require interfacing with multiple functions inside and outside the In-service engineering department (ISE), as well as with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain planning details, engineering deliverable content, and to ensure their delivery by ISE partners and subcontractors.

Tasks

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $102,883 - $114,316 / year CAD Subject to experience.
