Overview

The Coordinator, Lateral Attorney Recruiting & Integration plays a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic growth through lateral partner recruitment and successful integration. Reporting to the Manager, Lateral Partner Recruiting, and partnering closely with the Lateral Integration team (approximately 60/40 split), this position ensures operational excellence and seamless coordination across recruiting and integration processes.

Responsibilities

Recruiting Support

  • Coordinate all aspects of lateral partner recruiting, including interview scheduling and candidate logistics.
  • Maintain and update candidate materials and profilesin thefirm’s applicanttracking system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external legal recruiters.
  • Identify and streamline administrative and coordination workflows across lateral partner recruiting and integration.
  • Utilize the firm’s competitive intelligence resources to research prospective candidates and groups.

Integration Support

  • Assist with project management related to the execution of lateral partner integration plans.
  • Schedule integration calls with lateral partners and internal integration team members.
  • Support planning and logistics for lateral partner roadshow visits to firm offices.
  • Track and summarize integration meetings, monitor follow-up action items, and help ensure accountability.
  • Facilitate additional touchpoints between the Integration Manager and lateral partners to foster engagement and retention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting, human resources, talent development, legal practice, or project management experience required.
  • Large law firm, search firm, or professional service firm experience strongly preferred. #LI-Hybrid

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions. The figures below represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.

-Milwaukee - $58,100 to $81,300

-Chicago, Dallas, Houston - $63,900 to $89,400

-Washington D.C. - $69,700 to $97,600
