Job DescriptionThis OpportunityWSP is currently initiating a search for a Coordinator III, Sales and Business Development for our San Francisco, CA or other Northern California offices. As part of our Strategic Growth Team, you will be involved in the strategies, accounts, and pursuits that fuel our growth and allow WSP to be part of projects that design the future.

Your Impact- Leads standard proposals/qualifications with limited supervision and supports complex proposals/qualifications with general supervision, including scheduling and conducting proposal kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, and color reviews to develop a winning, compliant proposal
- Researches, gathers, edits, and produces proposal materials, including reviewing and editing content for clarity, compliance, and key messages.
- Coordinates design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff, ensuring materials effectively communicate the strategic vision identified for a given pursuit.
- Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients, competitors, and WSP.
- Ensures proposals and other sales and business development materials are compliant, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
- Supports and may lead the presentation phase of pursuits, including coordinating graphics and refining key messages.
- Supports client teams in preparing materials for internal and external meetings and participates in client team meetings.
- May support communications team on regional activities, such as newsletters, project awards, visibility and social media campaigns, conferences, and other special communications-related projects.

Who You AreRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, proofreading, and sales and business development support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other business development and communications software; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and relationship-building skills, with knowledge of business development procedures.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of proposal development procedures and the ability to manage a standard proposal from inception through submission with limited supervision.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to support pursuit planning and business development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and innovative tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct in accordance with WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies.
- Proven commitment to workplace safety and compliance with WSP's health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $67,900.00 - $116,500.00
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
