POSITION OVERVIEW
  • The Coordinator, Digital Marketplaces & Operations acts as a critical link between digital storefront strategy and backend supply chain execution, representing Wipro's dedicated delivery team for one of the account.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring peak operational efficiency, high-quality product data integrity, and seamless inventory synchronization across premier enterprise marketplaces (including Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, Walmart, and emerging channels).
  • The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technical e-commerce architecture and detailed workflow management, driving execution that minimizes revenue leakage while maximizing customer lifetime value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Storefront & Catalog Synchronization Deploy, monitor, and optimize cross-channel product listings, securing rich product detail pages, accurate categorization, and compelling brand presence. Proactively audit global marketplace health, mitigating listing suppressions, Buy Box loss, and multi-channel inventory mismatches. Coordinate localized price management and operational workflows for high-impact promotional periods, ensuring strict alignment with MAP policies.
  • Logistics, Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination Partner with logistics and supply chain networks to ensure accurate replenishment cycles across 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (FBA/WFS) networks. Create, track, and reconcile inbound advanced shipping notices (ASNs) and logistics workflows to maximize receiving velocity at distribution centers. Investigate, document, and dispute operational chargebacks, shortages, and dynamic fee structures to protect net margins.
  • Performance Metrics & Architecture Insights Aggregate daily and weekly performance telemetry (glance views, conversion velocity, buy-box metrics) into operational dashboards. Track competitor shifts and listing variations to provide data-driven feedback on catalog optimization and architectural enhancements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & CORE COMPETENCIES
  • Enterprise Marketplace Proficiency Direct experience navigating Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Walmart Marketplace ecosystems, including a functional understanding of FBA/WFS logistics.
  • Data Literacy & Analytical Acuity Advanced analytical capabilities using Microsoft Excel (complex lookups, logical testing, pivot configurations) to audit extensive inventory and performance data sets.
  • Operational Excellence & Problem Solving Methodical approach to parse operational ticketers, troubleshooting technical sync gaps, and aligning with cross-functional warehousing and compliance personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent structural domain experience.
  • 1-3 years of dedicated exposure managing operational pipelines inside high-growth e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate operational complexities clearly across multi-disciplinary teams.


Mandatory Skills: SAP Activate Methodology.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
