Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong experience with PLC programming (SIEMENS preferred) and HMI systems.
• Knowledge of robotic programming and industrial automation systems.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with CAD software and engineering tools.
• Familiarity with MES systems and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs (SIEMENS) and HMI systems.
• Support robotic programming and ensure automation systems function properly.
• Resolve issues related to safety, quality, and production downtime.
• Optimize equipment for enhanced safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with teams to standardize processes and improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other industry standards.
