Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all financial accounting activities
- Prepare financial reports and analysis
- Monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate and communicate with external auditors
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
