About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic
Controller to lead our accounting operations and drive financial excellence across the organization. This role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions, while also contributing to long-term strategic planning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions
- Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital and debt
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and reporting requirements
- Manage and enhance financial controls, systems, and processes
- Review contracts for financial implications and risk
- Provide financial insights for pricing, capital investments, and negotiations
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, including long-range planning and M&A
- Identify and implement profit improvement opportunities
- Partner with leadership to drive business strategy and performance
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 10+ years of financial management experience
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
