Full Job Description
In this role you will:
  • Autonomously make administrative, financial and procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Align department strategy with Company initiatives and goals.
  • Provide status of financial condition and prepare special reports by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
  • Direct planning and preparation of fiscal budgeting.
  • Administer property and casualty liability insurance coverage plans.
  • Oversee preparation of reporting as required by regulatory agencies such as property tax, sales tax, income tax, SAM registrations, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate ledger maintenance and prepare reporting for Corporate, Sales, Aftermarket, Managed IT and Leasing Divisions, as well as consolidated results for all affiliated legal entities.
  • Design, review and maintain systems that provide control of expenditures, including document support and retention for those expenditures.
  • Guide financial decisions and protect financial assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures and internal controls.
  • Initiate and implement operational improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the department(s).
  • Use financial analysis to identify potential organizational business process improvements or other efficiencies to promote improved profitability.
  • Support product purchasing, pricing, marketing initiatives, sales programs and sales promotions through financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments.
  • Contribute to the team and company's success by promoting user confidence in financial data and systems and maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
  • Provide insight and thought initiatives for the company's strategic path and visions.
  • Supervise and develop members of the Accounting, Cash Applications, and Accounts Payable teams including, hiring, firing, work allocation, training, and problem resolution.
  • Conduct leadership components of the performance review process including establishing appropriate and measurable goals, reviewing progress throughout the year, documenting performance, and conducting performance reviews.

You should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 5-10 years of accounting experience.
  • 2+ years previous supervisory experience.

  • Ability to work successfully under pressure with a level demeanor.

  • Ability to effectively use core ERP and office software(s) such as LeaseWave, e-automate, Excel, Word, etc.
