Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts related to construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies for all financial transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes and systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Manage inventory accounting and control processes for construction materials and supplies.
- Coordinate with project managers to provide financial insights and support for budget management.
- Utilize Timberline software for financial reporting and analysis related to construction activities.
- Train and support accounting staff in financial reporting and auditing practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of auditing practices and accounting principles.
- Proficient in financial reporting software, experience with Timberline preferred.
