Job Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting operations for a multi-property hotel portfolio and real estate holdings, including oversight of all month-end close processes, internal reporting, and cash management.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and systems to ensure accuracy across multiple legal entities, with an emphasis on centralized reporting through M3.
- Support ownership with property-level and consolidated forecasting, lender packages, and capex planning for both operating and development initiatives.
- Oversee and mentor a small internal team focused on hotel accounting, while coordinating with third parties on broader family office financials.
- Drive accountability through property-level P&L reviews and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal standards.
- Partner with operations leaders and ownership to support the financial modeling and integration of newly acquired assets.
- Manage entity structuring, reserve tracking, and service-level reporting to meet internal and lender-driven compliance needs.
Must Haves:
- Expertise with M3 ERP system
- Background in hospitality finance and hotel property accounting
- Proven experience overseeing multiple legal entities in a centralized structure
- Exposure to real estate or property management accounting
- Track record of stability in prior roles (5+ year tenures preferred)

$150K-$200K base + 15-30% bonus potential
