Responsibilities

  • Act as point-of-contact for claims and ensure SAP-GSI cost data integrity.
  • Manage cost-to-complete and track financial targets.

You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the financial health and cost performance of complex, multi-million engineering projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Procurement, Finance Managers, and Engineering teams), optimize material cost control, and proactively manage cost-to-complete targets and risk mitigation strategies, and much more. --- Let me know if you need further assistance!

We'll look to you for:
  • Partnering with Project Procurement & Finance Managers to optimize material cost control. ,
  • Bridging budget, forecast, ROFO, and actuals, line-by-line, and identifying root causes of cost deviations. ,
  • Owning and validating Tender BOM, Engineering, and Manufacturing BOM financials to support EAC, savings, and variance analysis. ,
  • Monitoring cost evolution, inflation, indexation, and QCD deviations. ,
  • Driving KPIs, cost reductions, tender support, and risk mitigation plans. ,
  • Being the focal point for claims, material variances, and SAP-GSI cost data integrity. ,
  • Proactively managing cost-to-complete, target tracking, and cost gap closure. ,
  • Conducting EAC reconciliation and deep analysis of actuals by WBS. ,
  • Supporting decision-making through advanced financial analysis and reporting. ,
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure financial success."
