Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Contract Order Manager. This role is based out of Raleigh, NC.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year.

What you'll do:

Eaton's Electrical Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure division is currently seeking a Contract Order Manager to join our team. This position will be a hybrid office/remote role as long as you live within 50 miles of our Raleigh, NC facility.

Eaton's Electrical Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure Division designs, manufactures, and services Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, batteries, and electronic-based products to ensure power reliability in the most demanding applications. Our employees deliver mission-critical solutions to our customers' most challenging energy management requirements.

Position Overview:
The Order Manager will be responsible for supporting our internal and external service sales teams.

In this function you will:
  • Review and enter all orders accurately, utilizing dashboards to ensure correct processing, credit release, and timely invoicing and payment.
  • Conduct follow up calls with channel partners and provide phone support to customers as needed.
  • Analyze customer support requests and apply the appropriate level of urgency to ensure timely resolution.
  • Apply in depth knowledge of Eaton systems, service offerings, products, and policies to support order entry, sales channels, and the customer base.
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with Eaton authorized representatives, resellers, internal sales teams, and management.
  • Collaborate with project management scheduling, credit, dispatch, technicians, and legal teams to resolve order related issues.
  • Research and process credit requests in accordance with management approval.
  • Complete moderately complex assignments requiring independent judgment, problem resolution, and thoughtful recommendations.


Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, supply chain, or related business experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Relocation is not offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh, NC will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient with computer and software tools - including advanced Excel capabilities, advanced database knowledge (SAP, Salesforce) and other CPS related software programs.
• Previous experience in order management, logistics or customer support.
