We are seeking an experienced
ContractExecutive Recruiter to join our Executive Recruiting team. This individual will serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders and own the recruitment of executive and senior leadership talent across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Product Development, and other critical business functions.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise recruiting Director, Vice President, and C-suite leaders within complex engineering and manufacturing environments. They possess exceptional executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to identify, attract, assess, and close transformative leadership talent capable of driving Lucid's next phase of growth.
The RoleAs an Executive Recruiter, you will partner directly with senior executives and hiring leaders to develop and execute world-class executive search strategies. You will lead highly visible searches across Lucid's manufacturing operations, engineering organizations, and corporate functions while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
This role requires a consultative, data-driven recruiter who can influence at the executive level, challenge assumptions when necessary, and provide market intelligence that enables informed hiring decisions.
You Will- Lead full lifecycle executive recruiting efforts for Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and executive-level positions.
- Partner with executive leadership to define talent strategies, organizational requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build and execute proactive search strategies utilizing direct sourcing, competitive intelligence, market mapping, networking, and executive talent pipelines.
- Recruit senior leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and related technical functions.
- Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, including leadership evaluation, competency-based interviewing, executive referencing, and organizational fit analysis.
- Provide executive leaders with market insights, compensation intelligence, competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability trends.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-caliber executive talent across the automotive, industrial, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, and technology sectors.
- Present qualified candidates with thoughtful assessments, strengths, development areas, and hiring recommendations.
- Drive offer strategy, executive-level negotiations, and candidate closing efforts.
- Influence hiring decisions through data, talent insights, and market expertise.
- Partner closely with HR, Compensation, Mobility, Legal, and business leaders throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously improve executive recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder experiences.
You BringRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 5 years focused on executive or senior leadership recruitment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting Director-level and above leadership talent.
- Strong experience hiring executive leaders within Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and/or Product Development.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives and business leaders.
- Expertise in executive search methodologies, candidate assessment, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Exceptional sourcing capabilities and the ability to identify and engage passive executive talent.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience recruiting within automotive, EV, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, or related sectors.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale manufacturing operations or technical organizations.
- Experience building executive talent pipelines in highly competitive markets.
- Executive search firm experience and/or in-house executive recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and executive talent intelligence platforms.

Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
