Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Serve as the primary interface for assigned customers and develop/maintain customer relationships.
Negotiate customer orders within predetermined guidelines and budget expectations.
Inside sales representative for promoting products and services.
Prepare offer-to-sell/quotes for materials and services and submit to customers.
Review/approve customer purchase orders including pricing, terms and conditions, freight and payment terms.
Initiate and coordinate workflow reviews through Engineering, Quality Assurance and Shipping personnel, as necessary.
Monitor and manage the on-time completion of multiple customer orders.
Complete order entry using SAP to ensure accurate invoicing.
Prepare all shipping documentation including QA Data Packages to meet customer PO requirements.
Coordinate with Business Managers and other personnel to resolve customer issues.
Support manager with mentoring and training of other contract administrators.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of related experience.

Salary: $94,000 - $127,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
