This Sr. Contract Administrator position in Hudson NH supports contracting activities within the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product Line of the Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack (CEMA) Business Area. The selected candidate will work on a variety of contracts and new pursuits within the Modular RF Attack Solutions (MARS) product area and will help shape, grow and execute within our Survivability and Mission Systems (SMS) program area.

The selected candidate will coordinate, negotiate and manage proposals and customer contracts under minimal supervision. Knowledge of business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, along with necessary leadership skills, is needed to support proposal, fact-finding, negotiation, and related activities. Candidate should demonstrate skills in contracting strategy, presentation experience, and ability to develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Working understanding of the USG acquisition process, contracts function, commercial contracting methods, export requirements, FAR/DFAR and other regulations.
- Lead and support proposal activities including analyzing solicitations, preparing summaries, developing strategies and recommendations, preparing terms and conditions, reviewing proposals for accuracy and preparing the proposal documents for submittal to customer. Coordinate with other company functions and ensure appropriate reviews are scheduled and approved by management.
- Make recommendations on proposal and contract language. Ensure coordination and other functional inputs are reflected in terms of offer.
- Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with customers.
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems and brings forward to management for review/discussion.
- Perform all aspects of contract lifecycle processing with necessary accuracy of order entry data, and necessary focus on contract funding, scope changes, contract amendments, delivery, legal requirements, etc.
- Prepare various Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement, etc.
- Lead or support fact-finding and other audits.
- Act as primary point of contact between the company and the customer for all contractual matters.
- Gain specialized knowledge in areas such as commercial contracting, joint ventures, and intellectual property.
