Full Job Description
This role is located in Somerville, MA- We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

A spinoff out of MIT, Tulip is headquartered in Somerville, MA, with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, and Israel.

About You:
  • You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better way
  • You thrive on communicating and can do so across levels, with people from the shop floor to engineering managers to executives
  • You're meticulously organized, able to prioritize in ambiguous situations for yourself and your team, and look ahead to risks and mitigate then
  • You understand the business impact of operational improvements
  • You're ready for a start-up environment as part of a fast growing SAAS company

What skills do I need?
  • 5+ years work experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, manufacturing / production operations, manufacturing management consulting, customer success operations or equivalent
  • Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Experience working with manufacturing operations
  • Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources
  • Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations

Nice to have:
  • Lean/ Six Sigma
  • Agile and/ or scrum methodologies
  • PMP
  • Life sciences manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Collaborate with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements
  • Lead organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work
  • Provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations
  • Understand technical project details enough to manage and escalate when needed
  • Scope and quote projects for customers
  • Contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement
  • 25% expected travel

Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The salary range for this position is $110,000-130,000.
