Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years in a corporate or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of continuous improvement (CI) experience
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
• Strong knowledge of LEAN techniques and CI tools
• Experience in Mechanical Engineering, design of tooling and fixturing is preferred
• Solid project management skills for driving capital projects

• Track and analyze CI processes and maturity matrices
