Full Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager leads the organization's lean manufacturing efforts, streamlining workflows, optimizing workspaces, and making the most of resources. They identify inefficiencies and apply proven lean principles to enhance operations, while tracking progress and ensuring improvements support cost efficiency, quality, and delivery goals.
What You'll Do:
• Partner with Value Stream leaders to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance flow and meet business goals.
• Act as a Lean resource and trainer, building team capability in tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
• Support teams in improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement (SQCDE).
• Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Facilitate problem-solving to address root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Track and improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, inventory, and productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices and ensure consistent performance.

What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (i.e., Business, Engineering); or 4-6 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years manufacturing process experience (assembly and/or machine shop)
• Progressive Continuous Improvement experience with strong business acumen and results-driven leadership
• Lean expertise in flow, pull systems, and transformation/change management
• Owner mindset focused on driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitable growth
• Ability to read technical drawings and collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams
• Strong prioritization skills with ability to set time standards and support manufacturing needs
• Skilled in data-driven communication and presenting to all levels of leadership

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$110,000 - $130,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
